Blackberry S’mores
Our neighborhood grocery store has blackberries on sale right now so how could we resist a quick summer treat?!! S’mores are a favorite around here and a few blackberries are a delicious addition! Quick to make and easily doubled (or tripled!) for a crowd!
Ingredients (makes 6):
4 graham crackers broken in half
6 large marshmallows
2 Chocolate bars
1/2 pint blackberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*.
Put 6 graham cracker halves on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Top each graham cracker with 1/4 of a chocolate bar.
Top each with a marshmallow.
Put tray in oven for about 90 seconds or until your marshmallows are slightly melted and toasted. (Be careful not to keep in oven too long or graham crackers may get scorched on the bottom).
Crush remaining graham cracker. Set aside.
Once they come out of the oven, top each with 2-4 blackberries and a bit of the remaining chocolate. Sprinkle on some freshly made graham cracker crumbs.
Serve immediately!
