  1. Ravelry is just great! Lots of things to love about it, but I guess the best thing is the chance to share experiences with yarns, patterns, and ideas. Thanks for the contest.

  2. It’s so hard to choose what I like best about Ravelry. I think my favorite part is being able to see projects for patterns I like and lots of examples using all the different yarns. And the people, they make Ravelry what it is.

  3. I don’t think there is anything I don’t like about Ravelry. And I am certain I wouldn’t have met all of my Knit Sibs without it. That would be such a shame.

  4. I like that I can see what yarns people have used for different patterns and what colors might look good. That helps me choose yarns & colors for my own projects.

  5. Ah, I love Ravelry because it’s like knitter’s crack. A magical place where there’s an endless supply of patterns, camaraderie and works in progress. A gateway drug to knitting awesomeness!

  6. Ravelry is pure fun to use, allowing knitters, crocheters, and fiber artists to easily connect and truly let our creativity soar, sharing every aspect with each other! How awesome is that? !!

  7. I would love to win the bag. That design was awesome. The thing I love more about Ravelry is the pattern searches, although it can easily become a life suck, but I love it none the less.

  8. I Love Ravelry! I think I am there almost EVERY day. I love all the patterns, the people and all the great information that everyone shares so nicely. The bag is a great design and I would love to have it.

  9. I’m sure that if my boss knew how much time I spent perusing at work, he wouldn’t be too happy…. πŸ™‚

  10. Ravelry has given me a place to share my knitting projects and the patterns that I design. It’s also wonderful to connect with knitters around the world.

I go to Ravelry first when I’m looking for knitting patterns and information about yarn
I’d love to have the project bag

  11. Ravelry is a great source of inspiration. I love the ability to see the ways knitters take off with a pattern.

  12. Ravelry never ceases to amaze with it’s comprehensiveness. You can drill down to super specifics for patterns you want to try and then you can see other Ravelers works-in-progress for that very thing…amazing!

  13. So much I like about Ravely–the patterns and yarn suggestions near the top of my likes. But what I like best is going to my project page and seeing all the beautiful photos and then to realize that wow, I actually have accomplished something!

  14. I love that I can see what my friends are doing. I’ve discovered lots of great patterns and designers.

  15. One other thing that I love about Ravelry is the info and comments on yarns. If I’m dubious about the weight, feel or knitability of a yarn that I’m purchasing online, I’ll just search for it on Ravelry and see what other knitters are saying about it! Hooray for crowdsourcing!

  16. I just love the unbridled passion, creativity and nerdy yarn love that Ravelry engenders. It’s like a breath of fresh (wooly) air!
